We don’t leave anything to chance. That’s why we’ve come up with a proven 6-step process for meeting and onboarding our clients and delivering project that impress.

Understanding.
Before we start working together, we need to get to know each other. So we setup an introductory online meeting so we can learn about each other. We’ll tell you a little about ourselves and ask you about your goals, your ambitions, your competitors, and the problems and opportunities you are trying to capitalize on.

Kick off.
If we agree that we are a good fit for each other and establish a partnership, then we setup a time to meet each other’s project teams. We’ll discuss the specifics of the project and officially kick off. Together we’ll establish some basic processes, confirm responsibilities and setup regular check-ins to ensure all goes smoothly and everyone is on the same page.

Collaborative workshop.
We’ll run collaborative strategy workshops with key players on your side and will do a deep-dive into your business, brand, objectives, and KPIs. Based on the outcome fo the workshops, we’ll get to work forming your digital strategy and detailed executive plan.

Constant contact and ongoing delivery.
We break down your project into key phases and tackle them in sprints. We’ll have a very clear plan with key milestones and deliverables outlined. We’ll meet regularly and have constant communication and collaboration throughout. We’ll also get you setup on our online project management tools.

Launch.
Wether it’s one big launch or a series of smaller phased launches will depend on your project and needs. This is often an iterative process because digital is never done.

On-going support.
We’ll never leave you hanging. Post-launch, we’ll work with you to come up with a flexible maintenance agreement (should you need it) to keep your digital presence in top shape. We’ll support you every step of the way as you evolve and unfold your digital strategy.
